When starting Emma for the first time after the update, we recommend that you disconnect all non-essential USB devices (Deskstands, Camels, HUBs, Laptop docking stations, etc). This is to minimize the risk of the need to reboot after the update. If you experience problems with the USB driver, follow the instructions in troubleshooting_root_hub_filter_drivers.pdf Note: Windows 2000 is NOT supported. |
